librasqal3-dev software package provides Rasqal RDF query library development libraries and headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librasqal3-dev
librasqal3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librasqal3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librasqal3-dev *
You will get with librasqal3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
